“My journey through life so far has been challenging, with multiple trauma’s and un-imaginable grief. Losing the two greatest loves of my life (my mother & then my son 12 months apart), struggling with anxiety/depression, being diagnosed with “the c word”, plus so much more. Life has thrown its curve balls, however, I have chosen to implement tools to manage my life the best way I can. Often, one hour at a time, one day at a time.

DREAMS FOR DAMON…… is my way of continuing to honour my mum and sons lives, learning to equip myself, to serve God and others, helping to empower them to rise above it and blossom.

One therapy that I have loved since a young teenager, is Aromatherapy. Over 5 years ago I discovered “Young Living”. I am a passionate advocate of this company, as they have assisted in managing PTSD, insomnia, and “bad bugs”. They have also helped me in my ongoing daily health & well-being regime, and the products allow me to have a low toxin household and lifestyle.”
